Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows full refunds minus shipping for items bought from Restleisure.com within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we CAN NOT offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as candles, bath bombs, sprays, and food. We also cannot accept intimate apparel like underwear, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

When an exchange or return is not possible
  • If the product has been damaged for reasons for which the consumer is responsible and the value of the product has been lost.
    (However, this does not apply to cases where the packaging, etc., has been damaged to check the contents of the goods)
  • If the product’s tag is damaged or removed, or if the product has been washed (even if the product was shipped in error, it might be difficult to exchange or refund if the tag is removed).
  • Please note that we do not accept compensation or responsibility for product damage caused by careless washing, let alone exchanges or refunds.

Additional non-returnable items :
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 20807 Clay Center Drive, Katy, Texas 77449.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
